The Programme is designed to give these future personalities a real knowledge of France based on professional contacts corresponding to their activities and centres of interest, and on which we are betting. We believe that they will represent, in the medium term, an asset for their country, a living force, perhaps of power, authority, decision-making capacity. 

It also aims to further exchanges and the forging of special ties with France. French diplomatic and consular posts ensure contacts with invited personalities during the various stages of the invitation. Such preferred ties are intended to be maintained by creating networks of Programme recipients.

In order to promote the sharing of experience at the highest level, we offer our guests meetings with recognized experts. The interviews are in off mode, with a focus on spontaneity and substantive exchanges.
